(٥٦) الآفات الحادثة في الأعضاء المركّبة، بعضها يدرك حسّاً وبعضها لا يدرك حسّاً، أمّا الذي يدرك منها حسّاً، فبمنزلة الرأس المسفّط، واللاطئ والكبير أو الصغير أو المعتدل، وبمنزلة الصدر الكبير أو الصغير أو المعتدل، وبمنزلة الساقين إذا كانتا علی الاستقامة أو كانتا مقوّستين إلی خارج أو إلی داخل، وأمّا الذي لا يدرك منها حسّاً، فبعضه يتعرّف سريعاً بمنزلة الآفات الحادثة في المعدة، وفي المثانة، وبعضه تعسر تعرّف مثله الآفات الحادثة في الكبد وفي مجاري المرّة، وبعضه لا يعرف أصلاً بمنزلة الآفات الحادثة في الأمعاء وفي مجاري البول، وكلّ واحد من هذه الأعضاء التي جری ذكرها تحدث فيها أمراض.
