(٥٧) وأمّا المعدة فتحدث فيها ثلثة أمراض، أحدها في المقدار، وذلك أنّا نجدها في بعض الأوقات أصغر ممّا ينبغي، والثاني في الخلقة، وذلك أنّا نجدها في بعض الأوقات مستحكمة الاستدارة، والثالث في الوضع، وذلك أنّا نجدها في بعض الأوقات وفي بعض الناس ناتئة إلی خارج، وأمّا المثانة فيحدث فيها مرضان، أحدهما في المقدار، وذلك أنّا نجدها في بعض الناس أصغر ممّا ينبغي، والثاني في الوضع، وذلك أنّا نجدها في بعض الناس ناتئة إلی خارج. وأمّا الكبد فتحدث فيها ثلثة أمراض، أحدها في الخلقة، وذلك أنّا نجدها ضيّقة العروق والمجاري، والثاني في الوضع، وذلك أنّا نجدها خارجة عن موضعها الطبيعيّ، والثالث في المقدار، وذلك أنّا نجدها في بعض الأوقات صغيرة.
