ان سكان هذه المدينة من الرجال من يعرض لهم البغر واختلاف الدم والسقم الذى يدعى ايبالوس وحمى طويلة شتوية وليلية وبواسير فى المقاعيد
انه لا يعرض لهؤلاء الناس العلة التى ذكرنا ذات الجنب ولا وجع الرئة ولا الحمى الملتهبة التى تدعى بالرومية قوسوس ولا شىء من الامراض الحادة لان هذه الامراض لا تعرض لمن كان بطنه لدنا لينا
