ان سكان هذه المدينة من الرجال قد يعرض لهم الذرب واختلاف الدم والمرض الذى يسمى ايبالوس وحمى طويلة شتوية وليلية وبواسير فى المقعدة
ولا يعرض لهؤلاء ذات الجنب ولا وجع الرئة ولا حمى ملتهبة التى تسمى باليونانية قوسوس ولا شىء من الامراض الحادة للين بطونهم
