وهو السل ويسمى باليونانية فيسييس وأكثر ما يعرض ذلك لهن عند الولادة من عسرها عليهن فتنقطع العصب والعروق التى تكون فى الرئة
والصبيان والوصفاء من أهل هذه المدينة يعرض لهم الماء الاصفر فأما الصبيان منهم ففى الانثيين واذا كبروا ذهب ذلك عنهم وانفش واحتلام فتيانهم يكون بطئا
والرياح الحارة والباردة والمدن الموضوعة على سمت ذينك القسمين هى على ما قلنا من الحال
