ان المياه الجارية نصب طلوع الشمس نيرة صافية رطبة لان الهواء لا يكون فيها غليظا والشمس تحول بينها وبين أن تغلظ وبيان ذلك أن الهواء الرطب يكون بالاسحار أغلظ وأشد
وكل مدينة على سمت الغرب والشمال تكون رطوبة هوائها باقية فيها كثيرا
وبشرة وجوههم حسنة لينة وألوانهم نيرة مضيئة
