ومياه هذه المدينة غير صافية ولا نقية وعلة ذلك الهواء الكائن بالأسحار وذلك أن أسحارهم تطول جدا فيخالط الهواء الغليظ للماء فيكدره ويفسده ولا تشرق الشمس فى هذه المدينة فى أول طلوعها حتى ترتفع وتعلو
وتهب فيها أيام الصيف عند الأسحار رياح باردة فينزل لذلك الطل فاذا كان فى آخر النهار أسخنت الشمس أهلها اسخانا شديدا
