ووجوههم نحيفة مهزولة وذلك أن أكثر اللحم يصير الى الطحال ويكون منه فساد الدم
ان شاربى هذه المياه يكثرون من الاغذية فيدوم ظمأهم وعطشهم
وأعلى بطون هؤلاء وأسافلها تكون جاسية جدا ولذلك ينبغى لهم أن يستعملوا الادوية المسهلة القوية
وهذا المرض لازم لهم فى الشتاء والصيف
وقد يعرض لهم الماء الاصفر كثيرا وانه قاتلهم
