ان مياه الامطار خفيفة عذبة نيرة جدا: ان الشمس تختطف من الماء أولا رقيقه وخفيفه فترفعه والدليل على ذلك الماء المالح فانه فيما قلنا يبقى على حاله لثقله وملوحته وأما الرقيق الخفيف فان الشمس تختطفه لخفته
ان الشمس تصعد بهذا الماء ليس من الانهار وحدها لكن من البحار أيضا ومن كل المواضع الرطبة
