ان كانت المنافس كما ينبغى وأكثر ما يكون هذا اذا استحكم اجتماع السحاب بالرياح واستقبلته ريح أخرى فمزقته واذا زاحمت سحابة ثانية السحابة الاولى وضغطتها انحدرت حينئذ الرطوبة وذلك لان السحابة عند ذلك تغلظ وتسود وتستحصف وتثقل وتمزقها الرياح فتنحدر الرطوبة حينئذ وتكون الامطار المتتابعة لذلك
ان هذه المياه كلها عفنة غير أنها ينبغى أن لا تكون لها رائحة ردئة فانه ان حدث عنها
