لان المياه لا يشبه بعضها بعضا وذلك أن منها العذب الحلو ومنها المالح الشبوى ومنها ما يسيل من مواضع حارة فاذا اختلط بعض هذه المياه ببعض غلب الاقوى منها حينا ثم يغلب عليه مما دونه على قدر الرياح لان منها ما يقوى بريح الشمال ومنها ما يقوى بريح الجنوب وما بقى على هذا الشرح
فمتى كانت هذه المياه فى اناء كان لها ثقل
