منها إنّما أراد به من يأتي الطبيب، وهذا القول أيضاً يوجب معرفة البعض، وقال قوم آخرون إنّ معناه في قوله أيّ شيء كان منها إنّما هو من أفعاله مضرورة وهذا كذب صراح لأنّ الأصحّاء بأسرهم ليس يجوز أن تكون أفعالهم مضرورة، وأصدق الأقاويل في معنی قوله أيّ شيء كان منها هو أنّ قوله هذا يدلّ علی أنّه يكون عند الطبيب علم بالطرق والمذاهب الكلّيّة الجنسيّة، فيقف بهذه الطرق الكلّيّة الجنسيّة علی الأشياء المفردة الجزئيّة، فيعرفها بها.
