اذا لم تكن الامراض من فساد الهواء فانه لا ينزل المرض بأهل المدينة عامة ولكنه يكون متفرقا فاذا فكر الطبيب فى هذا النوع وفى هذه الاشياء فعلم علما كافيا كيف تكون الازمنة كان حريا أن يكون علمه صوابا فى الاشياء كلها ويقع على الصحة لعلمه بالداء ويكون صوابه فى الصنعة كثيرا وخطاؤه يسيرا
فان ظن أحد أن الاشياء التى ذكرنا هى من العلم العلوى فأقر به وصدقه فانه سيعلم أن علم النجوم ليس بجزء صغير من علم الطب وذلك أن بطون
