يكون أهلها سمانا ضعافا رطابا لا صبر لهم على التعب والنصب والاعمال والمكاسب وتكون أنفسهم وهنة عاجزة وسنة فى الصناعات غليظة لا لطيفة حديدة ذكية
انه اذا كانت البلاد جرداء متسافلة وتغرق أيام الشتاء وتحترق بالشمس أيام الصيف كانت أبدان أهلها جاسية دقاقا قوية صلبا رقيقة فى الاعمال سريعة وغضبهم شديد لا يرون الا رأيهم وهم الى الوحشة أقرب منهم الى اللين والسكون وأيديهم فى الاعمال والصناعات لطيفة وهم فى الحرب والقتال ذوو بأس ونجدة والنبات الذى ينبت فى هذه البلاد يقارب طبيعتها
