ان المياه الكائنة سمت طلوع الشمس هى مضيئة نيرة صافية اضطرارا طيبة الشم لينة لان الهواء لا يكون فيها غليظا والشمس تحول بينها وبين أن تغلظ وبيان ذلك أن الهواء الرطب يكون بالاسحار أغلظ وأجسى
ان كل مدينة تكون على سمت الغرب تكون رطوبة هوائها باقية فيها كثيرا
ان صور وجوه عمار هذه المدينة حسنة الالوان
