ان كانت المنافس كما ينبغى وأكثر ما يكون هذا اذا استحكم اجتماع السحاب بالرياح واستقبلته ريح أخرى فمزقته واذا تراكمت سحابة أخرى على السحابة الاولى وضغطتها انحدرت حينئذ الرطوبة وذلك. أن السحابة عند ذلك تغلظ وتسود وتستحصف فتنحدر الرطوبة من ثقلها وتمزقها الرياح فتكون الامطار المتتابعة لذلك
ان هذه المياه أفضل المياه كلها لانها ينبغى أن لا تكون لها رائحة ردئة فانه ان حدث لها ذلك
