تضر أهلها ضرا كثيرا لتغير الهواء بها
ان يكن الصيف يابسا شديد الحر ذهبت الامراض سريعا وان تكن أمطار كثيرة طالت الامراض فان عرضت ببعض العلل لاحد من الناس قرحة آلت الى الآكلة اضطرارا
قال ابقراط: قد يتبع أيضا هذه الاسقام استرخاء البطن فيسمى لينطريا والماء الاصفر وذلك أن البطون لا تجف جفوفا هينا سريعا وحيا
انه اذا كان الصيف كثير الامطار وكان جنوبيا
